solo la sed (only this thirst)

sólo la sed
el silencio
ningún encuentro
cuídate de mí amor mío
cuídate de la silenciosa en el desierto
de la viajera con el vaso vacío
y de la sombra de su sombra

Arbol de Diana, Alejandra Pizarnik

color study

The pure color, the shape that does not reflect "reality".

This is what I am looking for in this series.

The relationship between painting and photography, in its initial, abstract

shape.

photography is primarily a choice of reality.

I chose here to photograph a reality without a "subject", a shapeless ,

known or defined reality.

This is a reality in which color and shape are expressed.

Testing and learning of color.

secrets

Everyone have secrets.

Forgotten secrets, happy secrets, dark secrets.

Friend's secrets, ourseleves secrets.

They appear like a festival of experiences, fantasies, dreams.

the accent of the soul

The accent is the soul of the language

alguien que anda por ahi

In every house we live also reside dark entites we've created.
in my house live with me all the occupants of my soul .
[eople loved, hated, living and dead.
they hang in my closet, taste
my food, sit on my sofa
and occasionally lie on my bed.

In every house, there is a discomfort tiger walking around.

Is anybody there ?

the rality is not one.
to the contrary.
everything has a shadow, even the world, even if you can not see it
every particle is reflected in other bodies in space.

one of us

Alicia Shahaf's work composed of still photographs that follow in succession once upon another, using the unraveled ends of childhood memories to embroider delicate symbolic an poetic gestures: childhood games framed and photographed from a distance; a stain of ink spreading across a white sheet of paper; the artist's forcefully imposed Hebrew name, "Aliza" is spelled out in children's sign language with grown-up fingers. "My attitude towards immigration, says Shahaf, "is far from conventional or 'accepted' attitudes. I do not feel victimized or angry, not am I filled with deep, passionate Zionist ideals. Rather, I am interested in simply observing the girl I once was, who has become a woman who still knows how to play – in two languages".

under the skin

The skin is the what separates the world from our internal.
I try to penetrate the skin through skin.

I want to talk about the female body without looking for the flaws in it, trying to grow up without fear, a woman's body inside a brain that the body enjoys. Looking at herself in the mirror and not looking for mistakes, but the esthetics places beautiful, pleasant, irritants, enigmatic.

pleasure principle

The pleasure principle is a psychoanalytic concept, originated

by Sigmund Freud.

The pleasure principle states that people seek pleasure and avoid pain.

People seek to satisfy biological and psychological needs.

house of silence / בית הדממה

Todo hace el amor con el silencio.
Me habían prometido un silencio como un fuego, una casa de silencio.
De pronto el templo es un circo y la luz un tambor.
